As a growing music school, managing many appointments each week, we have set out these T&Cs to help things run a little smoother!​​
Fees
We teach 36 lessons per year for private and group lessons, payable over 11 monthly instalments.
After School Music Clubs are calculated on a half-termly basis.

Fees are payable in advance at the start of each month via Direct Debit.
Your first months fees may be less and calculated pro-rata.

Leaving Greenhouse Music Group
For any students wanting to leave, we require 30 days notice to process the transition and offer the place to a new student. Please send us an email or text to confirm you are wanting to leave.
Missed Lessons
If a student is absent, a refund cannot be given. We may be able to offer an alternative time in some circumstances but this cannot be guaranteed.

If our teacher is absent, we will find a replacement teacher or offer to make up the lesson at a future date. If neither of these can be arranged, a refund will be offered for missed lessons.

If your lesson falls on a bank holiday, we shall arrange an alternative lesson or refund the missed lesson.
Health & Safety/Safeguardingg
All of our teachers have been DBS checked and have signed off on our safeguarding policy which they must work to. We deliver yearly safeguarding training so that tutors are kept up to date on any training and information they need.

We cannot provide any supervision before or after lessons so we ask that parents arrive a few minutes before the lesson begins and ensure you are there a few minutes before the lessons ends. We politely ask that parents do not enter the lessons without prior permission.
